- Reduction in labor force possible. Only 3 laborers are required to run a ginnery having 24 Double Roller Gins wherein "Raw Cotton" is conveyed from Raw Cotton heap to Double Roller Gin Stands.
- Contamination Particles like dust, pebbles, stone, threads, human hair, bangles, bindis, gutka, pouches etc. are almost eliminated.
- The output of the Double Roller Gin is increased. The life of fix knife, moving knife , leather roller washers installed in Double Roller Gins also increases significantly and enhances the working efficiency of the Double Roller Gin Stands.
- Instead of reduction in labor force we can say with use of Janki Rath , the labors require to feed Individual Double Roller are totally or 100% eliminated. There by reducing contamination in cotton & increase in output as the consistent supply of Raw cotton is ensured.
