Reduction in labor force possible. Only 3 laborers are required to run a ginnery having 24 Double Roller Gins wherein "Raw Cotton" is conveyed from Raw Cotton heap to Double Roller Gin Stands.
Contamination Particles like dust, pebbles, stone, threads, human hair, bangles, bindis, gutka, pouches etc. are almost eliminated.
The output of the Double Roller Gin is increased. The life of fix knife, moving knife , leather roller washers installed in Double Roller Gins also increases significantly and enhances the working efficiency of the Double Roller Gin Stands.
Instead of reduction in labor force we can say with use of Janki Rath , the labors require to feed Individual Double Roller are totally or 100% eliminated. There by reducing contamination in cotton & increase in output as the consistent supply of Raw cotton is ensured.
